The mayor of Mid and East Antrim invited all the pupils who entered her Christmas card design competition to a reception in the Town Hall on Wednesday evening. The children were treated to a lovely supper and got to visit the Mayor’s Parlour, where they all signed the visitors’ book. Mr McLean even got be Mayor, like his grandfather, albeit for 3 minutes 😀.
